Purpose and Private Status

This is a private reference site with no ties to a sheriff, jail, court, corrections agency, parole office, federal custodian, ICE, or other government office. It stores no official custody or release records. We cannot confirm whether a person is held, order or carry out a release, change a government record, submit a GRAMA request for a visitor, or file court documents.

The material directs visitors toward official Cache County and Utah records sources and may connect them with outside research tools. Official offices control their own records, hours, access rules, fees, classifications, and response times. The Utah Government Records Access and Management Act, Title 63G, Chapter 2, governs many Utah agency records requests; using this site does not replace that process.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any applicable law.
• Do not use names, custody information, or records to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
• Do not seek access to accounts, servers, data, or site functions without authorization.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, harvesters, or other automated collection tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with site access, performance, security, or use by another visitor.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Cache County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. By using the site, you agree that you will not use its content or search results for:

• Decisions to hire, retain, discipline, or dismiss a worker
• Tenant selection, housing approval, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance rates and eligibility
• Licenses, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other decision governed by the FCRA

A link is provided for navigation and does not endorse the destination. We do not control or accept responsibility for another site’s content, accuracy, privacy practices, data handling, security, availability, or terms. Information Provided Without Warranties

The site, its content, and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no express or implied warranty concerning:

Custody status, release information, court entries, and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Cache County Sheriff’s Office, Cache County Jail, UDC, a court, or another government agency. Confirm a fact with the office that created the record.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cache County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the site, its content, an advertisement, an outside link, or a partner result.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cache County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use or misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a separate credit says otherwise, the original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code used by Cache County Released Inmates belong to the site or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission. Rights in linked government records and third-party materials remain with their respective owners.

When These Terms Change

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective when they are posted on this page. You are responsible for checking the current version before continuing to use the site.

Restriction or Loss of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to some or all site features at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This right includes action taken to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, automated collection, or disruption affecting other visitors.

Utah Law Governs

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to rules that would select another jurisdiction’s law. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within Utah.

Effect of an Invalid Term

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or revised only to the extent needed to make it enforceable. All remaining terms will continue in full force.
